Cristian Secoşan has been active in the energy sector for 30 years. He is currently the CEO of Siemens Romania and Rep. Moldova.
Cristian Secosan started his career as an engineer in UCM Resita and subsequently held management positions in ABB Romania, E.ON Furnizare Moldova and Siemens Romania, where he also served as CEO between 2009 and 2012. Then, for 3 years, he was a member of the Executive Board of Petrom. Prior to his return to Siemens, he was GM of Romelectro.
Luminita Teodorescu graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies, Finance Banking and Accounting and holds a Professional Certificate in Management from CODECS Open University (The Open University Milton Keynes UK).
She has been working in multinationals since the beginning of her career in Colgate Palmolive Romania, where she worked for more than 10 years in finance area, until she joined BASF in 2003.
As of 2007 she has been nominated as Managing Director and she has been leading all the operations of the BASF subsidiaries in Romania spanning various industries such as: automotive, constructions, agricultural products, food and personal care etc.
Tereza Tranakas is a communication professional with over 18-years of experience in integrated marketing, public relations and digital. She is founder & Managing Partner of Oxygen, an integrated, forward-thinking agency with offices in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, focused on driving engagement for top brands.
At Oxygen, we help clients communicate, engage and build trustworthy relationships with their stakeholders. Prior to Oxygen, Tereza accumulated experience by working in top management positions for well-known international brands such as Telekom and tech start-ups such as SpaceX, both in Romania and the US.

Răzvan Atim is one of the veterans at UiPath, having joined back in 2007 when the company had only 10 employees. Working closely with UiPath’s CEO, Daniel Dines, Razvan has contributed to and experienced UiPath’s outstanding growth – driven by the undisputed customer-centric approach and a collaborative, humble company culture.
In his current role as Head of Sales – Eastern Europe, Razvan is responsible for the growth and success of customers and partners in the region.

Following his architectural studies in Bucharest Șerban Țigănaș kick-started his career by winning several competitions and working in different cities and teams.
In 1997 he founded Dico and Tiganas, an architecture and engineering firm. Since 2001 he became an activist for the architects’ profession and served as president of the Order of Romanian Architects (OAR) for two consecutive mandates between 2010 – 2018. He contributed internationally as a board member of the Architects’ Council of Europe and as a council member in the International Union of Architects.
He currently serves as Secretary General of the International Union of Architects. Șerban Țigănaș holds a PhD in architecture and teaches architecture as an associate professor at the Technical University of Cluj – Napoca.

Stephane Roy de Lachaise is Chief Administration Officer for Michelin Central Europe. He is based in Bucharest since 2016.
He is within Michelin Group for almost 20 years and this is the second time he is coordinating the business activities in Romania, last time being in 2009.
Previously in Michelin, he occupied the positions of Steering & Development Director for Europe and HR Manager Michelin France.
He is 52 years old and has an Engineer degree and a MBA in Economics.
Yann Bidan has over 13 years of experience in entrepreneurship in Eastern Europe. He has co-founded and led a multi-site BPO organization of over 1200 team members in Romania.
His focus currently is in Impact Entrepreneurship. From various projects he is involved with, his operational efforts are concerning Education, bringing to Central Eastern Europe Maple Bear Canadian Schools, the largest and fastest growing franchise chain of Canadian schools in the world (today 300+ Schools in 16 countries, 35000 students).
